VitaVista allows our premium plan subscribers to ask an anonymous question to one of our healthcare professionals part of our extensive team at any time of day on our app with a guaranteed response within 18 hours.
How is my data managed at VitaVista?
All of our users data, statistics, and confidential information will only be brought up on a need-to-know basis. Our data management systems are encrypted with state of the art technology so you never have to worry about data leaks. At VitaVista we value the security and confidentiality of our subscribers just as highly as we do your fitness goals.
How does your smart recurring delivery work?
Our smart recurring delivery is just one of the ways that a subscription to VitaVista saves you time. Instead of going through the inconvenience of going online and ordering supplements when you run out, now, you don't even have to lift a finger to make sure your stock of supplements are replenished. Our algorithms look at what is in your current supplement plan, how much is in a bag/tub, how much a serving size is, and how much will typically be taken in a day, to know when you will need more and order in advance. We can not promise 100% accuracy in this as there are many sources of error from the customer side (spillage, overuse, underuse, etc.) therefore VitaVista will give pre-empted delivery dates as well as warn you a week in advance that a shipment of supplements is scheduled to arrive. The process to push back/bring forward/cancel this delivery is very simple. Smart recurring delivery is not a necessity and can be turned off at any time.
